VoloChat is a web-based software that allows you to monitor visitors who are on your website and engage them in a chat. This application is commonly known in the industry as Live Chat, Live Help, Live Support, even Helpdesk Online.
In simple terms, just like in a real shop, VoloChat lets you have live conversations with visitors on your website. Serve them instantly and convert them into loyal customers before they move to another site.

Can I chat with my friends?
VoloChat is NOT an instant messenger to chat and have video conference with friends or meet people.
How do I use VoloChat? Is there anything to download?
You can sign-up and start using VoloChat within seconds. There are no downloads or software installations on your computer. After signing up, you will receive a validation email, and this is it. From then on, you can access our intuitive web-based dashboard.
Which languages do you support?
You could chat on any language you want, we support all of them!
Only operator’s panel at the moment is in English. Soon more languages will be added. It could be localized in your language too. Make the translation from an easy text file we will send you and get one year professional subscription for FREE.
How VoloChat works?
VoloChat is a cloud platform, which stands as a medium between you and your websites' visitors, joining you through chat conversations. All you have to do is sign-up and add a small piece of code on your website. Then by logging-in to operator's panel you can watch real-time which visitors are online and talk to them. Visitors watching your chat icon on your website can click and initiate the chat.
Is VoloChat free?
We promise to maintain a limited-features package forever free. By using VoloChat we are sure you will grow your business quickly and soon you will see the value and have the need to upgrade to one of our paid packages.
With so low prices are you making any money?
Yes, we are making enough money to pay our bills, maintain our servers, update and add features to our code and keep a free plan running. We are also not planning to increase our prices!
Where are your cloud servers?
We have servers in United States and Europe, balancing our clients to their closer location. Depending on customers’ location we will soon add servers to other places.
Do you have a Service Level Agreement (SLA)?
On our paid plans we give you 99.9% uptime. If we fail that, we give you an additional free day for every two hours of downtime.
I have signed-up. What I must do next?
On your email we have sent you an activation link. By following the link you choose a password and you are in to operator's chat panel. Next step is to embed VoloChat on your website. Simply copy/paste the provided code.
Can I put the chat code more than once on the same page?
At the moment, this is not possible. Our code should be present only once per page.
Soon, we will update our scripts to support this feature.
My free 30-days trial expired. What happens now?
If you tried and liked our services, on operator's control panel you will find all the options to subscribe and pay via PayPal or credit card (Visa/Mastercard).
Otherwise you will be downgraded to our free account. We never delete any account. We want you to use our services for life.
How do I upgrade my account or add additional operators and departments?
Simply go to your account section on operator’s panel. There you will find all the options.
